Rates & Reservations

Rental Rates:

  • MAY 15 - DEC 14 = $XX per night
  • DEC 15 - MAY 14 = $XX per night

  • 20% discount for booking of 28+ nights.
  • 3 night minimum.
  • Above rate is for 2 people, $20 per night for each additional adult.
  • 4 people Maximum.
  • Rates plus 11.42% Hawaii state taxes.

  • MAKE A RESERVATION

    Deposit:

  • 50% to hold reservation (due within 7 days of booking)
  • Balance due 30 days prior to arrival date

    Payment Options:

  • VISA, Master Card, PayPal, Money orders, cashiers checks.
  • Personal checks allowed if received 30 days prior to arrival.

    Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days prior to arrival for full re-fund minus $50.00 processing fee
  • Less than 30 days prior will result in forfeiture of deposit.

    Info Needed for Reservations:

  • Names and number of those in party
  • Arrival / Departure dates (total # nights)
  • Mailing address and phone number
  • Payment information, ie. credit card info
